$100 deposit required at time of booking.
There is a 4 day minimum Rental IN SEASON (5/26 - 9/10)
Upon cancellation of a rental, a deposit refund will be made only if the reservation is cancelled no less than 30 days prior to rental period. Cancellations less than prior 30 days will result in loss of deposit money.
Rental fee to be paid in full 48 hours prior to arrival if paying by credit card, 10 days prior if paying by personal check.
$300 refundable damage deposit required.
No smoking or pets allowed inside unit.
Unit must be broom swept and cleaned prior to return, appropriate cleaning solution will be supplied.
No refunds will be givin due to inclement weather. In the event of a forced evacuation due to Hurricane or other "Acts of God" Renter will be compensated in the form of a credit equal to $50/day towards a future rental.
